Founding Members
From the outset, the International Land Coalition has followed a multi-stakeholdr approach. Beginning with the planning for the founding conference in 1995 and through the early years of implementation, the Coalition has been guided by an advisory committee of founding organizations. Many of these organizations have also served on the Coalition Steering Committee, which is responsible for assisting in the implemetation of the Coalition's activities and overseeing the establishment of a representative governance structure.
* Indicates that the organization has also been a member of the Coalition Steering Committee, to which the International Federation of Agricultural Producers (IFAP), France, and the Environmental Liaison Centre International (ELCI), Kenya, have been seconded.
