A representative of the Secretariat of the International Land Coalition attended together with representatives from three International Land Coalition partners; CEPES - Peru, TWA - Albania and CARRD - the Philippines. The International Land Coalition was one of the sponsors along with USAID (Caucasus Mission) and other International organisations.
