Womens Land Rights – Latin America

Under construction
The ILC Latin America Node chose Women’s Access to Land as one of the two main areas of work and carried out five research studies on the topic. In 2010, the Node facilitated regional policy dialogues on women’s access to and control over land and women’s role in business enterprises (in Colombia), and on women’s role in value chains (in Costarica). The women’s land rights focal organisation of the region is Fundación Tierra, Bolivia (more information on the ILC Latin America website).
