The CCC -Cooperation Committee for Cambodia - is a membership organization of 102 members in 2008, including 71 international and 27 Local NGOs, as well as 5 associate members (Donor agencies and International Organisations) committed to promoting esffective development in Cambodia through collaboration and joint efforts.
Mission:
CCC operates as a recognised membership organisation to promote the activities of NGOs for the benefit of the people of Cambodia, by:
facilitating cooperation and supporting members on issues of common concern for NGOs;
providing current information services relevant to NGOs;
strengthening relationships with the Royal Government of Cambodia, to effectively influence policy and practice related to aid and development;
and collectively representing NGOs to influence donors.

Objectives:
To facilitate contact between and information exchange among NGOs represented in Cambodia with a view to strengthening participation and cooperation in NGO activities and to avoid duplication of effort.
To provide a forum for NGO co-ordination on issues of common concern with a view to facilitating representation to Cambodian Government authorities, other governments, international agencies and influential persons”
Activities/Main areas of work:
CCC's main activities focus around NGO coordination, representation and networking on key development issues, provision of NGO information services and general support for the development of the NGO sector through special projects and activities. Other projects include the Analyzing Development Issues (ADI) training courses which are meant to enable participants to understand development issues in Cambodia, and the NGO Good Practice Project (NGOGPP) that aims to strengthen the NGO sector in Cambodia by encouraging and promoting NGO accountability and good organizational practice.
