Interview with CEPES Director on land tenure in Latin America.
Peru

All these processes have been complemented by legislative changes geared towards land markets and the elimination of limits on land ownership. The researchers highlight some risks, such as the increase of inequality in rural society, the concentration of political power, and the possible restrictions on democracy.
