The Southern Cape Land Committee (SCLC) is a land service organisation operating in the southern areas of the Western Cape . We acknowledge the historical injustices brought about by land policies based on colour, class and gender. These have resulted in land dispossession, overcrowding, informal settlements and differential urban and rural development. An equitable redistribution of land and services would be to the benefit of all, especially the victims of these injustices.
