Dr Pham Thu Thuy is a senior scientist who leads the Climate Change, Energy and Low-Carbon Development team at CIFOR-ICRAF.
Her research focuses on the political economy of forest governance and climate change policies, including low-emission development strategies, environmental and social justice.
