ILC is a diverse and growing network of organisations that put people at the center of land governance. It forms part of a global alliance of more than 250 multilateral and civil society organisations, based in 78 countries.
The ILC Asia Coordinator will be part of a highly motivated global team that spans four continents. She/he will serve a network of 54 national and international organisations in central, south and south-east Asia, and the Pacific.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will draw on a varied professional experience that spans the diversity represented in the ILC membership, an understanding of the strengths of a network, a deep knowledge of land and natural resource issues, and a keen sense of the possibilities that exist to bring about lasting change for human well-being and justice.
S/he will be a good team-worker and manager, a strong and persuasive communicator to a spectrum of stakeholders, a creative strategist and problem-solver, shaped by extensive personal experience in Asia and beyond.
