The International Land Coalition sets a new history in the agrarian reform journey in Indonesia through the Global Land Forum 2018 Opening Ceremony on September 24th, 2018.
Following the expiration of the land acquisition and distribution (LAD) component of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform with Extension and Reforms (CARPER) in June 2014, the issuance of Notices of Coverage (NOCs) was stalled – leaving the remaining 600,000 hectares undistributed as of 2016.
