Communications Coordinator for EMENA
Amanda Rubio is an environmental digital campaigner, activist, and communications specialist working in agriculture and land management, but also in fossil fuel phase out and just transition. With seven years’ experience as a digital communications consultant, she has supported environmental NGOs and social enterprises in strengthening their digital storytelling and campaigning strategies. Amplifying the voices of those less heard is central to her work.
Amanda brings nearly 20 years experience working closely with the land, as a farmer, educator and researcher. Amanda holds a BA in Anthropology, Health & Environment, an MSc in Medical Anthropology, and an MA in Communication for Development.
