Thaer Fakhoury has been supporting Palestinian farmers for 13 years.
His focus has been on using community development strategies to help Palestinian farmers - in particular youth - access land in a complex and conflict-ridden situation, while supporting the Palestinian people create small businesses and agricultural cooperatives in the West Bank and Gaza strip.
