Addishiwot, better known as Addis, joined ILC in September 2021 from a public health background. She is adept at data analysis and reporting, and is dedicated to providing communities, organisations, and policymakers valuable information. Addis has worked at a state public health agency in the US within environmental health disparities where she received the Star Award for her work. She is committed to continuing to bridge the inequality divide through her work at ILC.
Addis holds a Master of Public Health in epidemiology degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science from Michigan Technological University in biomedical engineering.
