Zhiping Yan joined the ILC Secretariat Corporate team in January 2026. Prior to joining ILC, he worked as a Data & Dashboard Consultant and Digital Asset Coordinator in the Communications Division at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). He holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
