Diana Fletschner, is Chief Program Officer at Landesa, she is a development economist with over 25 years of experience teaching, conducting research, designing programs and tools with a special focus on rural women.
She joined the Gender Oversight Committee because this is her passion! She is impressed by all the work done before, but there is still more work to do.
