Moïse is a legal expert from Cameroon with a focus on environment, sustainable management of natural resources and protection of local communities and Indigenous Peoples’ rights.
He is a development worker whose knowledge of the field is matched only by his commitment to advocacy at national and international levels.
After remarkable stints at the Centre for Environment and Development (CED) as Community Lawyer, at Action for Community Development (ACD) as Coordinator and in different working groups in the United Nations institutions among others, Moïse joined ILC Africa in 2023.
Moïse holds a Masters in International and Comparative Environmental Law from the University of Limoges.
