Iman has been part of the International Land Coalition (ILC) since 2023, starting as a Corporate Service Intern and later serving as Administrative Assistant from May 2024.
A dual national of Egypt and Italy, Iman is based in Rome where she supports the ILC Secretariat and the network across the globe in administrative, human resources and financial services
Before joining ILC, Iman gained valuable experience in human resources and administration at the European University Institute in Florence and worked in the private sector as an Administrative and HR Assistant.
She holds a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Oriental Languages and Civilizations from Sapienza University of Rome. Iman is particularly interested in international cooperation, sustainable development, and fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments.
