Resource Mobilisation & Partnerships
Originally from the United States, Michelle has more than 15 years of experience in international development. In 2019, she joined ILC to support the Coalition's increased efforts in mobilizing resources from bilateral donors, private foundations and innovative financing mechanisms. Before joining ILC, she worked as grants manager and portfolio analyst at the UN's International Fund for Agricultural Development in West and Central Africa. She also served as head of fundraising for social good start-ups in Asia and Europe and is a published writer (policy papers, vegan recipes and non-fiction).
Michelle holds a MA in Journalism and International Relations from the University of Berkeley and a BA in Political Science.
